This project was inspired by the 2017 Miss Dior Eau de Parfum film / ad. I wanted to to see how my approach to design can be applied in a setting / industry that thrives in the romance of creating alternate worlds. The playfulness and introspection that is applied in couture shows, the ability to visually articulating moods into daily application and essentially being zeitgeists have (amongst a myriad of other factors) led to this creative wonderland. The main theme in that Miss Dior film revolves around what people would do for love and the messiness that comes with it. Chaos is introduced via layered elements, textures and colors. This is all brought into ‘order’ via the typographic centerpiece, ‘love’. Shown below are the executions of how it’d look like on various platforms.
